Terms of Service

1. Product and scope

UniqueFlow Studio Pro is downloadable software for Windows 10/11 x64 for editing, reframing and enhancing your videos and photos. The offered build is Pro 1.0.0-beta2, not Personal or Demo. These terms describe the license, activation and related services; itch.io's own platform terms apply separately.

Media processing runs on your PC. There is no text-prompt video, image, music or voice generation; some enhancement features use generative restoration models to reconstruct details. Review output before use.

The optional workflow with your Telegram bot sends messages and files through Telegram; a running PC performs the processing. This is not a standalone mobile application.

2. One-time purchase and license

The approved base price is $11.99 USD once for a perpetual Pro license on one Windows PC. There is no subscription or recurring charge. Applicable taxes and the final total appear in itch.io checkout before payment confirmation.

The license is non-exclusive, for one user to use the purchased version on one activated PC. Perpetual means the key has no scheduled expiry, not permanent offline access or a promise of free updates across every future major version.

You may not resell or publish the license key, bypass activation, or use the software to violate the law or third-party rights. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses; these terms do not restrict rights granted by those licenses.

3. Payment and delivery

Checkout takes place on itch.io in a separate window or tab. Under the selected payment arrangement, itch.io collects payment as Merchant of Record. Payoneer is used for payouts to the developer, not as a separate payment form on this site.

Your personal itch.io purchase page provides the installer and a Get download key button for claiming a UF1-… key. The purchase-page link and UF1 are different things. The itch.io email contains a purchase link; the UF1 itself is not promised in the email. See the download and activation instructions.

If a key is unavailable, payment review is delayed or activation fails, contact support with the purchase reference and error message. Do not publish your key or private download link.

4. Activation and availability

Initial activation and periodic checks require internet access. The current beta2 provides an offline period of up to seven days after successful validation. When it ends, the application must contact the licensing service to continue.

The application depends on the activation service: a perpetual key does not guarantee operation if that service permanently closes. Permanent offline access and a separate offline release are not promised. Temporary itch.io, Cloudflare, Telegram or network outages may delay the corresponding features. This does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or statutory remedies.

5. Updates and changing PCs

Released updates in the 1.x line are included at no additional charge. A future version 2.x may be sold separately. Update checks use UniqueFlow's existing Cloudflare channel; installation remains your choice. No release schedule or indefinite support is promised.

You may move the license to another PC you own after deactivating it on the old PC. If the old PC is broken and deactivation is not possible, support will assist with a manual device reset after verifying your purchase. Only one PC may be active at a time. This does not authorize selling or transferring the key to someone else.

6. Refunds

The developer offers a full refund of the one-time purchase on request within 14 calendar days of purchase. This is the developer's voluntary policy; refunds are processed through itch.io, not automatically on this site. Request instructions are on the refund page. Mandatory consumer rights apply independently of any voluntary policy.

7. Your media and third-party components

Use only material you have the necessary rights and consents to process and publish. The software does not grant rights to third-party music, video, images or external accounts and does not guarantee copyright clearance or a particular social-platform outcome.

Source-media rights remain with their rights holders. Third-party notices and licenses are supplied with the application in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt, the licenses directory and FFMPEG_SOURCE_OFFER.txt. The UniqueFlow license does not limit rights granted by those documents.

8. Errors, access and changes

This is a beta release; retain source files and review exports. Performance and quality depend on your media and hardware. Mandatory warranties and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

After a confirmed refund, the related UF1 may be revoked as part of the refund process. Contact support about a disputed or mistaken block. No automatic integration between itch.io refunds and UF1 revocation is claimed.

Changes to these terms are published here with an updated date. They do not retroactively remove mandatory rights already granted. Contact support about the terms applicable to your purchase.
