In short: primary video and photo processing runs locally on your computer. We do not upload your source media to our own server for editing or enhancement.
1. Data we process
Purchases and licensing
To deliver and verify a license, we receive from Paddle technical purchase, customer, and subscription identifiers, the selected plan and price, currency, amount, payment or refund status, and related dates. We do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
The licensing service stores a license identifier, a cryptographic key hash, an encrypted copy of the key for secure post-purchase delivery, license status and expiry, claim and download token hashes, a device hash, application version, and activation or last-seen timestamps.
Website and infrastructure
The website is hosted on GitHub Pages, while licensing and installer delivery use Cloudflare Workers, D1, and R2. These providers may process IP addresses, browser details, network logs, and security information under their own policies. UniqueFlow Studio does not use advertising analytics or hidden tracking in the desktop application.
Local application data
The application may save settings, task history, selected file paths, output files, license data, and error logs on your computer. This information remains on the device until you delete it or uninstall the application.
Paddle Checkout
Paddle processes your name, email address, payment and tax information, device information, and other data required for checkout, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Paddle Checkout may use its own cookies and local storage. The website temporarily creates a random secure token in the current browser tab to connect a successful purchase to license delivery.
Optional Telegram integration
If you connect your own Telegram bot, messages and files sent to that bot pass through Telegram and are then downloaded to your configured computer. This feature is optional, and Telegram's terms and privacy policy apply to Telegram processing.
2. Why we use data
- confirm payment and deliver the installer and license;
- activate a license on the permitted number of devices;
- manage subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, and fraud prevention;
- provide technical support and diagnose errors;
- meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
3. Legal bases
We process data to perform the purchase and license contract, comply with legal obligations, protect the service against abuse, and respond to your requests. Where consent is required by law, it will be requested separately.
4. Service providers and sharing
Data is shared only with providers needed to operate the product: Paddle for payments and taxes, Cloudflare for licensing and downloads, GitHub for website hosting, and, only if you choose to use it, Telegram for the connected bot. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertising networks.
5. Retention and security
Payment events, licenses, and subscription records are retained as long as needed to deliver the license, provide support, prevent fraud, and comply with legal or accounting obligations. Download tokens are limited by time and number of uses. Keys and tokens are encrypted or hashed where applicable.
6. International processing
Paddle, Cloudflare, GitHub, and Telegram may process information in several countries and apply their own international data-transfer safeguards.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Paddle controls some payment and tax data, so requests concerning that data may need to be sent directly to Paddle.
8. Children
The product is not intended for people who cannot legally enter into a contract in their country. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data.
9. Changes
An updated policy will be published on this page with a new effective date.
