Privacy Policy

1. itch.io purchases

itch.io and its payment providers process checkout, purchase, tax and fraud-prevention information under their own policies. The software provider may have access to purchase information for support, delivery reconciliation and refunds. Full card numbers are not entered in a UniqueFlow form.

For this sales method, the installer and a pre-issued UF1 are delivered on your personal itch.io page. Purchase-to-key association is maintained on the platform; automatic transfer of payment data to our licensing service is not claimed. Payoneer is used for developer payouts, not for buyer card entry on this site.

2. Activation and updates

During activation and checks, the application contacts the Cloudflare licensing service with the license key, a hashed device identifier and application version; activation also specifies the Windows x64 platform. The service uses license information, status, allowed devices and check timestamps to manage access.

Update checks and protected download links also use Cloudflare. itch.io receives the values of pre-issued keys for delivery; the local operator inventory is encrypted and kept outside the public website.

3. Local data and Telegram

The application may save settings, file paths, task history, results, license data and error logs on your PC. Uninstalling the application should not be assumed to remove all user files and settings.

If you connect your own Telegram bot, messages and files pass through Telegram, and your PC downloads source files and processes them. Results sent through the bot also pass through Telegram. This workflow is optional and requires a running PC. Do not send third-party or confidential material without the necessary rights and consent.

4. Website, browser storage and providers

Selecting Buy Pro immediately opens itch.io checkout in the same tab. Your browser then connects to itch.io and sends connection information, including your IP address; the platform's policies and cookies apply on its checkout page. No embedded widget is loaded on this site, and our purchase module does not connect to itch.io before your click.

The website and services use Cloudflare Pages, Workers, D1 and R2. Infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser details and network logs for delivery and security. In the current itch.io mode, the button takes you to checkout; our checkout module does not store UF1 or payment details in browser storage and does not collect card details.

itch.io uses its own cookies and data policies. Check each provider for its processing purposes and retention terms: itch.io, Cloudflare, Telegram.

Aggregate website statistics. We count page loads, user-started demo plays and Buy Pro clicks to understand which advertising sources bring visitors. Counters are grouped by day, language, broad device category, button position and predefined campaign labels. No cookies, browser storage, visitor identifiers, raw IP addresses, full referrer URLs or payment details are stored in these counters. Unknown advertising labels are grouped as “other”. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this measurement. Counters older than 90 days are removed when the next event is processed. These are event counts, not unique visitors or confirmed purchases; checkout remains subject to itch.io’s policies.

5. Support, purposes and retention

When contacting support, you choose to provide a purchase reference, contact details and an error description. This information is used for purchase verification, activation, support, refunds and abuse prevention. Do not post your full key or unnecessary personal details publicly.

Active-license and device-binding records are needed to provide purchased access and are retained while that access is serviced. Support uses information you provide to handle your request; some records may be needed for refunds, disputes and mandatory legal requirements. Automatic deletion of all records after a fixed number of days is not implemented. Contact the person below to request deletion or ask why data is retained; deleting active-license records may prevent use of that license. Information held by itch.io, Cloudflare and Telegram is also subject to their own policies.

6. Rights and international processing

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion and exercise other statutory rights. Checkout-data requests may need to be sent separately to itch.io or its payment provider. Infrastructure providers may process data in different countries under their own policies.
